She has been a stay at home mom for 13 years of our 14 year marriage. My wife is quiet and humble and would never be unkind to anyone. So then he said he would show my wife how to do it by phone call (yippee) which made me think we were finally moving in the right direction but this was short lived. Finally he decided to call and it took 18 minutes and 21 seconds to accomplish our goal. So after about 13 hours of text and emails over a three day period we still couldn’t get it to work.
He refused to do that so I had to drive 200 miles round trip to my IT guys house. I told him that I would rather do it over the phone.
The guy that owns this company would rather text and email you instructions. One would think when you spend that kind of money that someone would call you on the phone to walk you through how to use it. The guy who owns this company might be one of the worst people I have ever met.
